When Les and Custon Island Homes built our house a few years ago, we were impressed with the commitment, dedication, and professionalism he and his crew displayed. Not only did the project come in on-time, but actually a bit under expected cost! Changes in the original plan were quickly incorporated, and suggestions for improvements were always right on target. In addition, any post construction issues (popping nail heads, minor settling problems) were immediately dealt with by Les himself. Les continues to be our go-to-guy with any remodeling or repair issues. We highly recommend Custom Island Homes for any project you may have.

Custom Island Homes did a wonderful job incorporating a large extension on our house in Southampton. The workmanship was excellent and the workmen were great. They solved tricky problems and completed the work on time. I would definitely hire them again

Undergoing a renovation is nerve racking in itself .... But Custom Island homes made the experience enjoyable and most of allvery professional. I am so happy with the outcome of the project! On time. On budget. Responsive to questions. Attentive to details. Hired good subs (except for the screen porch guys, who didn't do such a great job, but CIH worked with us and them to quickly remedy the issues). My only real complaint about CIH was that there was nothing whatsoever to complain about. So when friends would swap contractor horror stories at cocktail parties, we had no stores to tell.
